The International Accreditation Service (IAS) is pleased to announce that the City of St. Cloud, Florida, Code Compliance Division has earned IAS Code Enforcement Department Accreditation, demonstrating that the division operates in accordance with IAS Accreditation Criteria AC251 (Accreditation Criteria for Building Code Regulatory Agencies) for competence, consistency and quality in the administration and enforcement of property maintenance codes.
IAS Code Enforcement Department Accreditation provides independent, third-party verification that a code enforcement department has implemented effective policies, procedures and management systems to consistently deliver high-quality code enforcement services.
